Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: ADNH Catering has announced that Clive William Cowley will be stepping down as CEO effective 31 March 2026 after serving in this position for more than five years, according to a bourse disclosure.

Meanwhile, Cowley will remain on the board of ADNH Catering as a non-executive director.

The company noted that Colm Gerard Omahony will take up the role of the CEO effective 1 April 2026, bringing a proven track record of driving growth and business transformation through strategic leadership and extensive expertise in the catering and support services industry.

Prior to joining ADNH Catering, Omahony served as the CEO of Sodexo Middle East & Africa. He holds a Higher National Diploma in Hotel Catering and Institutional Management from Highbury College in the UK.

The stepping down of Cowley and the appointment of the new CEO Omahony were approved by the board of directors of ADNH Catering earlier in 2026.
